**Terms and Conditions for the Performance and Mindset Institute (PMI)**

   The Performance and Mindset Institute provides educational courses, workshops, seminars, and scholarly research aimed at fostering transformation to improve performance. Our offerings are designed for individuals, companies, and Performing Artists.

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Performance and Mindset Institute is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from failure to comply with privacy terms.

   All content provided by the Performance and Mindset Institute including all course materials, lectures, and associated resources is the intellectual property of the Institute. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.

1. Payment and Refund Policy
   Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, and requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days prior to the course start date. 

1. Limitation of Liability
   The Performance and Mindset Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our courses or use of our resources. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kentucky Court of Justice. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
